Season Passport Rules

1. Your entry into Lagoon will not be granted without your Season Passport I.D. Card or Digital Passport.
2. Replacement of lost or stolen Season Passport I.D. will cost $15.00.
3. Season Passport includes FRIGHTMARES and will expire at the end of the current operating season.
4. Season Passport is valid during regular park operating hours only. Operating schedules and/or opening times may change without prior notification.

Lagoon reserves the right to revoke Season Passport without refund for:

1. Violation of park rules and/or safety procedures.
2. Assisting another person in any way to obtain unauthorized entry to Lagoon.
3. Any conduct deemed by management as to interfere with the enjoyment or safety of Lagoon's guests or employees.

6. Misuse of this Season Passport will result in immediate confiscation and possible criminal charges.
7. Season Passport is not valid for certain promotions, special events, and private parties.
8. This Season Passport is for use by person named and photographed on reverse side.
9. Additional descriptive identification may be required upon request.
10. All guests are subject to search; firearms, knives, and other weapons as determined by Lagoon are prohibited.
11. X-Venture Zone Attractions are not included with Season Passport.

By Acceptance of this I.D. Card or Digital Passport, I agree to abide by all Lagoon Season Passport Rules & Regulations.
