Accessibility
Lagoon’s Guest Services team can help guests understand mobility options, ride-access procedures, service-animal rules, and attraction-specific safety requirements.
Accessible Arrival
- Accessible parking near the front entrance is first-come, first-served; ask the Auto Gate attendant for directions.
- Regular or preferred parking fees still apply.
- Guests using wheelchairs may enter through Gate 9.
Mobility Rentals
A limited number of wheelchairs, strollers, and wagons are rented first-come, first-served at Strollers N’ Stuff near the front entrance. Advance reservations are not available.
Ride Accessibility Pass
- Qualified guests may request a Ride Accessibility Pass at Guest Services.
- The program uses virtual return times and generally covers the qualified guest plus up to three companions.
- Only one active return card may be held at a time. The pass does not remove or shorten the standard wait.
Ride Safety & Transfers
Every ride has individual safety and restraint requirements. Operators cannot lift guests, carry them, or move complex mobility devices, so some guests may need to visit with a companion who can assist with transfers and evacuation procedures.
Hearing & Vision Support
- A limited number of Braille guides are available through Guest Services.
- Guests may request written ride instructions from attraction operators.
- The complete Disability Guide includes ride-by-ride access and sensory information.
