Code of Conduct

There are inherent risks in the participation in or on any amusement ride, device, or attraction. Amusement rides, devices, and attractions are designed to be stressful and may shock, surprise, thrill, or inspire patrons. Patrons best know their own capabilities, limitations, and health, and when participating on an amusement ride, device, or attraction should not engage beyond their capabilities, limitations, or health.

• Not participate on a ride, device, or attraction unless you determine that you have sufficient knowledge and understanding of the ride, device, or attraction, the posted signs and verbal instructions, and have the physical and mental ability and health to enjoy it without injury.
• Obey all safety rules posted and the verbal instructions given.
• Refrain from acting in any manner which may cause or contribute to injury to yourself or others.
• Not participate on any ride, device, or attraction if your abilities or capabilities are impaired by alcohol, drugs, or medication.
• Wait for permission from the operator/attendant before you board a ride, device, or attraction.
• Ensure that you understand the precautions and safety equipment, and if safety equipment does not properly fit, seek assistance from the operator.
• Be respectful of other guests. Prohibited practices include line jumping, re-entering a queue line, or saving a place for someone else.
• As a supervising companion, appropriately monitor and ride in close proximity to rider(s) under your care and demonstrate observed, appropriate behavior. Explanation: “Appropriate behavior” may include but is not limited to maintaining proper riding position, attention and compliance to safety instructions, proper use of all ride and/or safety equipment, and a willingness to participate.
• Smoke/Vape only in designated areas.
• Wear shirt, appropriate top, appropriate pants/shorts/bottoms, and shoes at all times except in Lagoon A Beach.
• Be responsible for minors who accompany you to the Park.
• Report any injury or illness immediately to the First Aid Station near the Main Entrance.
• Agree that you are subject to search. Firearms, knives, and other weapons as determined by Lagoon are prohibited.

For security and quality assurance, certain areas of the Park are monitored and under surveillance using audio and video equipment.

Lagoon is not responsible for lost or stolen ticket(s). Ticket required for re-entry or re-stamp. X-Venture Zone attractions are not included with Passports.
