Found belongings are taken to Strollers N’ Stuff across from Guest Services at the main entrance, where the Lost & Found team can help reunite guests with their items.
Where to Go
Visit Strollers N’ Stuff across from Guest Services at the main front entrance. Found items from around the park are delivered there for identification and claim assistance.
Items Lost Near Rides
- Ride operators cannot return lost articles directly to guests.
- Ride operations will not be stopped during the operating day to retrieve an item.
- Never enter a restricted ride area or attempt to recover an item yourself.
Before You Ride
Store bags, hats, phones, and other loose articles in a locker, a secured pocket, or with a non-rider. Lagoon is not responsible for belongings lost on rides or left on platforms.
